Exactly. Someone in my neighbourhood has a landscaping business and they drive a RHD kei-truck. It manages to hold shovels upright and has other tools in the bed. It's tiny, it's cute, and it's a great advertisement.

Re: more menial cop tasks such as parking tickets - won’t this end up being an exercise in rebranding? Current traffic cop who works for NYPD will lose their job, apply for the new DOT position citing years of experience as a traffic cop, and put on a different vest to do the same job?
If the system functionality is dependent on the left turn signal being on, this feature might never even activate for many people.
