Give me Brave or Wreck-It Ralph over… well, over TDKR, as that's the only one on the "Best" list that I saw and felt kinda meh about. I certainly wouldn't rate either of those animated movies higher…

I tend to lean away from the overly humanoid designs because I've seen way too many articles carefully explaining every engineering problem that would show up from extrapolating human proportions.

Bah! Not even close. Mozz's best quality is that it melts well and its flavor doesn't overpower. It's a handy cheese, but far from the best. Goat cheese? That's woefully unspecific. I might as well say that cow cheese is better, and you could hardly refute it because I could be talking about Monterray Jack or Fontina…
