I should have put a hashtag on mine, but I don't want to go back and edit it now — there should be a clear accounting trail for this fiasco.

Downvoted.

What a great book, and what a great film an adaptation could have been.

Wow, that is some star power behind the scenes! This is like finding out that BraveStarr was created by Harlan Ellison.

I quite liked how Kurt and Roman got along, worked well together, and…gasp…actually liked each other. Which clearly made Roman feel guilty…and of course, he was right when he told Jane that Kurt would resent both of them for keeping Roman's last memory a secret.

Yeah, I think that was because Avatar did not introduce CGI mo-cap animation, it merely refined it (for the record, I think they did a fine job and the animation is not among that film's problems for me).

While you are correct about the visual look of Civil War, I like the Russo Brothers' take on the material. Comic book plotlines brought to life in the form of a 70's espionage thriller.

"I'm Breathless" remains the only Madonna album I have ever bought, and I'm damn glad I did. And I liked the Madonna-composed songs every bit as much as the Sondheim ones.

Then there was the time Anakin slaughtered all the Yeunglings.

God dammit, I should've scrolled down before making my comment.

I hope they put up a shitload of hashtags on screen, just to piss-off Whovian.

That is why Sam Phillips' character was mute in Die Hard With a Vengeance. She had no acting experience. The producer saw her music video, and wanted that look for Jeremy Irons' henchwoman.

Immediately thought of Haywire, which I love adamantly, but that character is hardly a John Wick. She's more of a legit bodyguard who is maybe comfortable with black ops, but not comfortable with outright executing people.

You're right, it would have been that or "Calif.", so that's a little better. They still use those old-school abbreviations in politics, for whatever reason. It's always "Representative Jones (R - N. Dak.)" or "Senator Smith (D - Calif.)".

Only if Robert DeNiro gets promoted to a salaried position.

Ontario, California was named by two expat Canadian landowners after their home province.
