Seems to work for Ramsay. Dinner and a show I say!

I thought this was going to be about tendon burgers :(

OK cool, but what do we do about the last piece on a dish? The one that is getting colder and colder, but everyone is too polite to take the last one?

I figured that was cause the government wasn’t organized enough to be able to track it and money was easier.

Look up literally. In the dictionary, literally, literally means, not literally.

So an assault rifle, is a rifle, modeled after an assault rifle. It’s not an assault rifle if it’s not automatic. I suppose you’re right. I shouldn’t have linked the dictionary, because the dictionary shows how it’s used as a word in the English language rather than what it actually is.

Canadian here, so I don’t really know about the intent of the program. From the extremely limited knowledge I have (mostly what I’ve seen portrayed on TV), the food stamp thing, is it not literally rations for the poor? I’ve never seen it portrayed any other way, and didn’t ever think it was disguised as anything but.

You know you could have just googled what an assault rifle was instead of repeating the incorrect information the media throws around. Wiki, and a dictionary will tell you the same thing.

To be honest, that just sounds like whoever wrote the law had no clue what they were talking about.

Yup looks like you’re right. 10 years only which I guess is the limit Americans get on those things. Though, assault rifles are automatic which have been banned since 86, but I suppose that is more in the naming than what they meant.

Assault rifles are already banned. I believe since a law put under Bill Clinton in 94.

Ideally it should have never happened. I’d guess a kid going into full meltdown only happens if it worked for them getting what they want some time before.

Actually that is a thing, though I don’t know if it’s available outside of Canada. Old Dutch does it, and I think the grams per volume is higher than a bag.

Grab your nearest bag of chips, turn it around, and tell me what the first line of text below “Nutrition Facts” says.

“I’m not calculating the amount of chips per ounce to determine how much I am getting by weight, that’s fucking stupid.”
The amount you are “getting by weight”, is the weight on the label that says how much weight you are getting.

Labeled weight is the only thing that really matters, but for the “reduce breakage” part, it’s about inflating the bag so it shields the chips from the outside. Chips bouncing around inside the bag is not the concern. It’s about the contents not being crushed when it’s being shoved into shipping boxes, store shelves,

Ok, but what if I just make a 12 inch skillet cookie?

Foods don’t have to be nutritious / efficient for people to enjoy them.

So with these, we’ll have to start washing bananas before eating them.

My vote goes for thief. Looking at this from a napkin perspective, when you take a bottle of sauce from a restaurant, it’s (subjectively) more than what would be used in a meal. To me, it is the difference between taking 2-3 napkins, vs opening the dispenser and taking all of them. Intended for use with the food is
