To answer this question you just have to go to countries which actually do have very few regulatory requirements. Take India, which does have emissions rules (which killed the Maruti 800 in 2010) but otherwise is pretty wide open in terms of what they let manufacturers do.

It’s the same size as all the other 4 wheels, so that qualifies as fullsize. I think there were Chevettes that were sold with smaller wheels than this.

Nichijou is incredible, but I could never recommend it to someone in good faith that might not necessarily be down for “Looney Tunes with high school girls and deep cut cultural jokes and tropes.” Oremonogatari is a good pick, but also is heavily reliant on Japanese high school rom-com tropes and the mild subversion…
