With Russell T Davies, the show was about the Doctor and his companions.

I went to a Jesuit High School. The typical MO (at least when I went to the 5 and 10, have been 1000 miles away and unable to make the 15th and 20th, which I kinda regret) was, Friday “stag” night at the school for ALL the reunion groups (in my case, ‘3s and 8s’), then each class does a separate event on Saturday

Our apartment looks like a medical supply store.

Some seriously impressive stuff all through this one.

I seem to recall Florio over at PFT whining last year(? I don’t read it nearly as much as I used to back in the day) about his “suggestions” (that were all stupid) for “fixing” OT/ties. This smacks of more of the same, to me.

A friend of mine went to the University of Missouri for college, and we were all in school during 9/11. He said that a lot of students were bummed that a nice local coffee place they all liked to go to closed afterwards. Apparently, being called “Osama’s Coffee” wasn’t so good for business any more...

We’ve done that for my son the last few years, the park and a few Little Caesar’s pizzas and some 2Ls of soda.

I always loved:

Reminded me of my 6 year old earlier this year, got mad at us about something (I forget what), and said he was going to go to South America. But he never even tried to go out the door though (guess he couldn’t resist laughing along as we were laughing at his Epic Dramaz).

Was he holding it upside down?

“A subpar Chevrolet Cobalt”

I’ve had rental Cobalts a couple times. Hated every minute of them.

Yep, had one as an insurance loaner early this year. No headroom, and the top of the windshield was across the front of my vision, and the windshield wiper design was so poor that with all the snow and ice, I had to use cold water to melt enough snow to open the hood so I could clear out more ice so the wipers would
