The big twist is that the Injustice Society’s Project: New America will brainwash a hundred million adults into being incredibly progressive. That’s good. The process will kill twenty-five million who resist. That’s bad. This is frogurt all over again! So had the original Justice Society opposed them specifically to

Since the T-Bolt is literally sentient chaos magic, Mike finding the pen and using it is almost a given.

And people say the trolley problem has no real-world relevance. ;-)

The moment when Sportsmaster  told Tigress that he loved her & she smiled after she killed the principal was perfectly them & felt weirdly sweet

Episode thoughts:

I really want a Sportsmaster & Tigress spin-off. I hate that I love everything about those two murdering maniacs, especially that they are so devoted to one another.

I feel that it was all to set up her son as the new Fiddler. When her instrument and body are found at Courtney’s house, he’ll blame her and take up the mantle.

When I saw Mike playing with the drill, and Sportsmaster showing up, I had a feeling Mike was going to save Pat with it.

Even though I expected it, it was still petty damn awesome to have the kid save his dad by jamming the drill into Crock.

There’s a pretty strong chance that, if left to our own devices here in the real world, the man-made climate change crisis is going to kill a lot more people than that, and drastically reduce quality-of-life for vastly more.

I loved the way the music swelled like Justin was going to solve it. Such a great bit.

I’ve seen some clunky exposition in my time, but Brainwave standing timer telling Icicle his own plan takes the biscuit. Speaking of Brainwave being an ass, sure Henry, why don’t you blame every teenage girl you can find for ‘making you’ murder your own son. Let me guess, Yolanda’s next.

Another great episode, but the CGI on S.T.R.I.P.E. looked a lil’ spotty to me at certain parts. And this is after, like, six episodes since we last saw him move. I predict we’re going to see him once next season when they work with a CW budget.

25 million deaths make it pretty cut and dry. ...but what if it hadn’t been 25 million? What if it had been 25? (Especially considering that those 25 would die from resisting so hard against acting like responsible, decent humans)

Haha, yes, at the beginning, Mike was complaining about being treated like a kid while playing with the powerdrill every time Pat tried to converse. “Then, stop acting like a baby!!” and 5 minutes later he was becoming the episode MVP by playing with that same drill.

The solution is right there, throwing mind-mushing lightning straight at his brain right about now. During the fight someone damages the machine in even the slightest way and insta Brainwave-brain-puree.

Some of my observations:
- didn’t care for Mike at the beginning - rightfully complaining about not being told anything, then when Pat tries to, complains he’s being treated like a kid and blows him off.
- I dug Crusher’s bouncing the baseball bat behind his back, that was a kickass move.
- I like the mom’s arc, not just

I do like the fact the Injustice League will kill other members and even their own kids. It makes them seem even more evil than normal bad guys.

I have a feeling that Henry Jr isn’t dead, and he comes back to beat his father and mindwipe the JSA’s secret IDs from the ISA.

I 100% agree. The biggest fear is what happened when Supergirl was taken over by the CW and it “arrowversed” it, ruining really what made it so different and why so many people fought against CBS cancelling it and wanted it saved. The big fear everyone has with this show is the fact DC obviously spent gobs of money on

I have no idea how they wrap it up... but I think they need to do something that kills or removes Brainwave and has the ILA memories wiped... not sure they can have Season 2 where they know the JLA and family’s identities.
