Nadja’s emotions aren’t logical. As a woman I didn’t take it to be “women always be fighting with each other”, just as Nadja does what she wants and she isn’t sharing. Her temper is part of what I love.

I would knock points off for the subject matter, but it’s rare to see dick jokes done this well. Finding out Nandor and Laszlo have an on-and-off friends with benefits situation was icing on the cake.

I think that is supposed to be part of his arc. He never really stands up for himself or asserts control. It wasn’t a lack of skill that kept him as a sidekick, it was a lack of self-confidence.
