Man, Tala Ashe does good Shakespeare. I love that she’s getting all sorts of cool stuff this season via Zari being a different person- I mean we all loved original Zari but it’s fun to see her be kinda goofy too.

I have mentioned in the past how I love when show’s incorporate an actor’s outside talents. I understand that “acting” is a bit of a stretch for an outside talent, but Tala Ashe and Matt Ryan’s actual Shakespearean acting was wonderful (especially when contrasted by the deliberate scenery chewing of the rest of the…
It’s really hitting me that a season where both Stephen Amell and Brandon Routh leave really marks the end of an era (I’m also reminded Mechad Brooks is gone, but I just barely recalled that one). Only time (Ha!) will tell if the show made the right move shuffling off Routh and Ford. Are we getting Ryan Choi? Someone…
I think the show remembered Mick and Ray’s friendship. Mick was the first one to realize that Ray was leaving and the first one to go to the kitchen in the middle of the night to drink Ray’s awful green juice in remembrance. Mick just couldn’t really verbalize it, which Ray I’m sure understood. Mick didn’t blow off…
Gideon asking Ray if she would ever see him again, with I also thought a tear on her face, was amazingly emotional & I think was when I lost it & never regained it for the rest of the episode
Alright, be honest. When Ray and Nate met each other in the Waverider again. Did anyone else think they were gonna kiss?
Oh man, I am sobbing again reading this. This was a ride... I cried and cried watching my best bros loving each other. I just... I love them so much. It indeed felt a little abrupt given how they act like this is all the end for them given THEY ARE TIME TRAVELERS - Nate can just show up in Ray’s front door literally…
Legends being Legends, I’m choosing to interpret Ray and Nate’s “I’m sorry you found out this way” storyline, as well as “great characters deserve a great ending,” as the writers’ commentaries on how badly the situation with Routh and Ford was handled.
- Is this the first time that the Legends have had bathroom problems? Didn’t Mick get locked in just a toilet once?
- Was that Sara that said,”At least someone is getting some”? Are her and Ava already suffering lesbian bed death?
- I saw you hitting on Zari, Charlie.
- Why didn’t they just use water in that viewing…
Constantine and Zari had more chemistry in one scene together than Nate and Zari have had in 2+ seasons. Also, as soon as Sara delivered the MacGuffin line I thought it was a shoo-in for ‘most meta’, but then they just kept them going so I can’t argue with your final choice.
Although I’m a proponent of more queer relationships being represented in media I think it is equally important to see touching, affectionate, sweet, non-romantic/sexual male friendships depicted as well so I’m glad they went that route with Nate and Ray.
Eva can’t cross over because something of her new nature is inimicable to ‘our’ reality - which is presumably what her goal is to fix. Can’t really fault her even if her methods are shady (though so far she hasn’t killed anyone at least).
Everyone loves Zari except when they’re waiting in line for the bathroom.
I thought she was used really well this ep. Her final scene with Mick saying that she sees him as a father figure is probably the best she’s been in the show.
I truly hope they bring back Mr. Parker in some form through out the Arrowverse. The actor absolutely killed it.
Less is more with Mona, but Ramona Youngs delivery of “And I killed a Federal Agent” was just spot on.
Y’know, I’m really glad that the actor for Mr. Parker, which is such a thankless role, seems to have had fun with these scenes.
Did not expect Gideon crying to really get to me, but man that really got to me.
“So here’s to the Legends of Tomorrow, who singlehandedly destroyed storytelling as we know it” is maybe a little too on the nose to be the greatest line in LoT history, but it's damn close.
Man I’m glad that we have the hiatus to really think about this ep. I’m convinced this was a studio move and not a decision by the writers. I so hope we see those two again.
