I’m similar in the not wanting something I enjoy to start to feel like a job. I’ve written about Oreos and things on TAY, but not sure if I want to be obligated to eat and write about them like Fahey, although I admire that he does that as part of his job.

I imagine it’s also easier if what you love happens to be “repetitive tasks and other busy work in an office environment”. And maybe there are people that’s true for.

Because he’s more affordable.

I’ve sometimes resorted to using “if I don’t hear otherwise, I’m going to go forward with what I suggested” because some people just don’t bother to reply to things, but when it’s their thing they want a reply immediately.

The site LH linked to seems to work a lot faster, that gif site is either still loading or stuck in a loop.

I completely agree, it totally applies to a lot of “behind the scenes” type jobs, including IT.

Or ninja, which most people do.

I’m mostly the same, except I keep them on my public Amazon wishlist, because if someone else wants to buy it for me, I’m more than happy to accept. But yeah, otherwise, it’s more of a reminder for myself that it’s something I want and I can keep an eye on the price too.

I think someone mentioned Phelps’ getting another gold, and then the “conversation” ended there.

They also had a really simple but great take on God.

Is it a new thing after recently switching from another brand of credit card that was their exclusive for the past few years?
