I agree it’s not worth a swap, which is why I have both. Except I have the regular Blue Cash, not the preferred, so just 3% back on groceries. But I use my Costco Visa for gas purchases, either at Costco or Shell, and I use my Chase Freedom or Discover at whatever gets me the quarterly 5% back.

And of course, when they talked about it on Gizmodo, everyone (correctly) pointed out that most of their headlines qualify as clickbait, particularly the shares from Sploid.

The 4% cash back is enough reason for me, I can use the card any time of the year that one of my other cards (Chase Freedom or Discover IT) isn’t doing their quarterly 5% back on gas (or if I’m at Costco and the 5% is only from Discover which I can’t use there anyway).

It won’t work at Costco because they won’t take American Express. Walmart might not either, since some cards that do seasonal 5% back at grocery stores often list Target and Wal-mart as exceptions to that because they don’t sell just groceries.

Right, but it’s better to charge that $50 purchase to get 2% back on it the next year.

Are you in a good location to pick up OTA channels? The CW also streams shows on their own website, I remember my antenna didn’t pick up the CW signal during an episode of Arrow and I was able to watch it the next night on the app (cast to my TV).
