I have never hated her. I liked Princess Diaries and Devil Wears Prada. As a public personality she's as private as Selena Gomez and Jennifer Aniston. Hating someone who barely says anything is weird.

They did! I’ve be around here since like 2010, and I remember the blacklash that Anne got, and that Jennifer got when she inevitably fell out of favor around here.

This site GLEEFULLY participated in that shit. They also pitted Lawrence against Hathaway because “OMG she talked about vibrators!”

So. I did some digging and found this gem of an article from March of 2013 that Jezebel published not long after Anne had won her Oscar. It was written by Jennifer Wright (an editor at The Gloss).

She did just manage to edge out William Henry Harrison, who lasted 31 days as US president. Then again, Canning and Harrison had the good taste to simply die.

But the issue with your statement is the “may.” He may NOT have groomed her. Just because they met for the first time when she was a teen (and possibly a teen over 18) it doesn’t mean he was doing anything nefarious. She might just be someone he’s seen off and on, over the years, since they’re in the same business.

Won’t someone please protect this fully adult woman from marrying Miley’s old man?!
