I agree with you, one of the big selling points is indie games are cheap. To be fair though, AAA games these days go on huge sales just a few months after release. I can’t remember the last time I paid full price for a AAA release.

You know what’s easier realize than that? Realizing when somebody is talking out of their ass. Piddling around in whatever 3d editor you use is nothing compared to working on a monstrous game engine like the one the WoW team uses. You have absolutely zero insight into what it looks like.
