I’m curious if they will remove the scatter arrow ability from Heroes of the Storm when they remove it from Overwatch, to keep the characters aligned.

I really think there needs to be an extension of the emergency broadcast system to computers. Some people just won’t move unless there’s a big alert popping up in the middle of their screen with loud noises saying “GET TO COVER YOU IDIOT”. It’s pretty effective on the TV.
That was your takeaway from the article?
Jesus christ. I was actually going to buy this game in the next month of so, after a friend recently told me how much better things had gotten since the microtransaction BS got out of the way.
I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, just that we’ve done this so many times in the last few weeks that it’s become a standard procedure at this point.
I await his hollow apology and suspension from the team, like always.
You’re giving advice on parenting, and then compare your kid making a mistake to a thief robbing you and your family?
You don’t punish a child for doing something wrong and then praise them for apologizing.
And yet, an unequivocal “thanks” from your wife in that instance would be great positive reinforcement.
It is important to be critical of them, yeah. And tons of people were critical. They got deserved backlash and they fixed it. Quickly.
I’m not a Square Enix fan by any means, but I think they got it right here. They screwed up, got a ton of bad reviews for it, and they fixed it quickly. No one’s saying they deserve an A+, but it is possible to congratulate them for doing the right thing without the backhanded comment afterwards.
This is really tiresome. They listened to customer complaints and responded quickly, released a fix to address said complaints, and made the product something everyone is happy with shortly after launch.
It still boggles my mind that a multiplayer-only FPS has spawned such a rich narrative about its characters.
This is super cool. As far as “why not put this thing in this other thing” projects go, it’s actually really portable and useful.
Coming from someone who has been heavily invested in the Xbox ecosystem for the last decade plus, Sony is indeed “killing it”. It’s true that lots of games are cross platform, but in terms of systems in households and console exclusives, it’s not even close.
I think you’re missing the fact that Jason Schreier has now reported on this. Thanks to The Jason Effect™, 2025 might now be an early estimate.
Hey buddy, why don’t ya just fire up a few rounds of PUBG eh?
Unfortunately you didn’t get it straight. Other commenters have pointed out that Shudderwock does not trigger Shudderwock battlecries.
I’d have to think that a Shudderwock battlecry won’t trigger the battlecry from previous Shudderwock plays, since that would double or triple its efficacy every time you played it and result in 2-3 minute turns with little effort. That’s a little ridiculous, even for Blizzard.
Paradox has a very ... *ahem*... aggressive policy for DLC.
