Making pasta is easy, but it does take a very long time. It’s easy to conflate difficulty with time commitment when you’re looking at a recipe.

I’ve made pasta through the KitchenAid attachment a handful of times, and while it always turns out delicious, man does it take forever to make ravioli with that thing.
