It’s the main thing behind FPS, yeah, but the other hardware is also important. I’ve got a 970 in my rig at home, and I don’t always hit the marks I think I should. Fairly certain it’s my CPU at this point, I’m still running on a first-gen i7.

I mean, I’ve played all of the 3d ones at least (FF7 and forward), in addition to FF1. Still dig FF8, I really enjoy the junctioning system.

How would they even enforce a first-person view? I’m thinking the client would have to respond to the server periodically saying “Oh yeah, it’s all good, we’re in first person over here”. I’m assuming that response could be spoofed?

It’s a real problem. I prefer to only have sex while staring at myself in a mirror and flexing, like that scene in American Psycho. Helps me pump up my self confidence, you know.

Right, but the credits awarded for a duplicate is probably not something saved to the contents of the lootbox. So, if you’re sitting on a bunch of unopened dupes, better to wait and open them when they increase the duplicate gold amount.
