Spectrum is the customer facing brand for Charter/Time Warner/Brighthouse merger. The mergered company is officially Charter, Spectrum is just branding.

This is exhausting. My husband just survived the Charter merger (after a consolidation to get ready for the failed Comcast merger) and prior to that survived being absorbed into Time Warner. We are exhausted from moving multiple times and he is personally from all the uncertainty.
