Absolutely, and I didn't mean to imply otherwise. I honestly don't know what the solution is, beyond a serious redistributive tax on upper-echelon salaries. Cost of living in cities nationwide is out of control.

God, I hope that fucker is roasting.
I guess because it mentions Brooklyn?
I don't think it should be a hard $15, necessarily, but the system is in desperate need of overhaul. You should be able to keep a roof over your head and your Internet access on for a 40-hour work week.
I had it on for about three minutes before I saw red and put on Richard Thompson instead. I've about decided that the worst thing about him - to me, personally, beyond all the tastelessness and regressive policy - is that he's such an abject narcissist. That sort of self-involvement is unspeakably ugly to me.
We've been ignoring class for forty years. Maybe - and it's a big "maybe", but maybe - the fact that people that really can't afford to stay home from work, even for a day, are doing it anyway will open a few eyes. I tend to doubt it, but… maybe?

It's the…
I want to see most of it burn. But I like radio! It's casual. And I like print media, too, although not enough to subscribe to the newspaper (yet.) Besides, it's probably going to die pretty soon, anyway.
Good God, yes.
Well, Stern's on satellite, which you have to subscribe to. I don't know, I like listening to the radio. I almost never listen to music on it, but I like that all I need is a cheap radio and an antenna to pull sound in. I detest silence.
