Some days, you just can’t bait someone with a Batman ‘66 gif.

I like both his books.

I’m so glad someone else remembers that music video DVD!

Was the bullying the two bits in the video or was there more?

Do you... Do you think that... “LOL DOGFUCKER” is criticism?

If you like this you’ll love Nasubi!

The way they styled the Minutemen TV show after the Snyder film felt like both a nod and a sly dig. Snyder’s film has been criticized for glorifying violence and misunderstanding the source material, which is what it appears the TV show is doing. I don’t necessarily agree with that assessment, but it’s very clever.

Soooo...despite the incredibly succinct and on point post from nyBulls4 - thinking humans should be better than stooping to wishing sexual violence for those we deem “deserving”..

Still a weirdly sadistic thing to hope for, but go off I guess.

Kelly is an objectively awful person, but expressing joy that he’ll get brutally raped in prison is pretty fucking sadistic. Sexual violence in prisons, and the enabling of it, hurts way more people than just those who you deem “deserving”. And in any case, perhaps we as a society should hope that no one is ever

They did do a lot more music news and reviews back in the day but I agree that is more the fault of just how we get our music these days.

But I am simply frustrated by these women allowing Mary Louise the amount of space to intrude in their lives.

I have accepted the stupidity for sure it’s just not enough funny stupidity vs cringey stupidity just yet. It’s still trying to take itself seriously but I feel like that boat has left the dock but they maybe forgot to pull up the anchor. Perhaps HBO should stop making speculative follows up for novels? Also why did

damn hard to believe someone who voted for trump isn't bright enough to discern extremely obvious sarcasm

True, usually people just do like I did and listen to it while crying to sleep.

Tiny Dancer has gotten enough use anyway but the lesser known Mona Lisa... is a well written song. I think Hudson’s best moment is still when she smiles through tears delivering the “What kind of beer?” line. I tend to drift towards the melancholy EJ/BT tracks; We All Fall In Love Sometimes and the attached Curtains

‘Blue is the Warmest Color’ showed some true filmmaking craft and empathy. It also made the biggest blunder I can recall in recent memory. The film is a sensual and slow examination of these two women, down to how they eat, flirt, and discover each other. So when it comes time for our main character Adele’s first

Is people shaking their asses still a thing? Are you seriously asking this question?

There’s a weirdness to Reality Bites’ legacy in that I don’t think it’s at all a good movie, and yet I cannot deny that it has a certain something about it that accounts for its weird staying power. It’s a movie I don’t like, but will never tire of discussing.

Nobody forgot Stay. You’re singing it right now.
