Hahahahaha, I feel you. Sometimes I watch funny YouTube videos with my daughters and if I know there’ll be a curse word here or there I say “Someone will say a very bad word in this video. DO NOT repeat it!” It’s been working so far.

Jonathan Banks deserves SO MUCH recognition for his performance as Mike. He has deserved it since the Breaking Bad days, but now he should win all of the awards. It’s too bad that sappy dreck known as This Is Us has actors nominated in the same category. :/

It’s a standalone show and it takes place well before anything that happens in Breaking Bad, so there’s no chance you’ll feel lost. Many BB fans will see some key characters making appearances, but you don’t have to know them to understand what’s going on.

Hahahahaha, are you still holding out hope? I’m thrilled we’ll have the remaining seasons of the show and some sort of closure for the saga. GRRM has no pages.

Nothing except for Breaking Bad is Breaking Bad good, but Better Call Saul has quite a lot of tension and people in fraught, distrusting relationships as well. That’s similar. It also brings lots of familiar faces for Breaking Bad viewers. The acting is excellent - I had no idea Odenkirk was capable of any of this.

Can’t blame you there, I also have my safety blanket shows (Veep being one of them). But Better Call Saul is worth the (relative) discomfort of watching a new show, Bob Odenkirk is just insanely good.

I am! His performance was stellar, he was robbed.

I hope Better Call Saul (and its stars) take every award. God that show is superb.
