Thank you for sharing. I’m 37 and as my sister’s cancer seemed to have been a freak occurrence I never really knew how much I should pursue high risk screeenings etc, but you make some good points. I think I need to look into my options.

Thank you so much for sharing. I had no idea chemo-prevention was a thing! I thought the only prevention was mastectomy and reconstruction. I’ll keep the oncologist idea in mind, I might need to do it.
It’s always a pleasant surprise to see people from my neck of the woods around here! It’s like watching soccer on TV :) Thank you so much for your words.
Smiling at the lil kangaroo :D Thank you for this!
It means a lot to be remembered so that you can shout into the void for me. Thank you so much.
It seems reconstructive surgery has come a long way since my sister had cancer (in 2004). I know it depends on the tumor size and location, but I was really amazed at how good you look after surgery!
The bigger the better! <3
I heard the thing about MAC at Ulta today. Mussstttt.... noooootttt... buyyyyyy... 135465434 lipstickssssss!!1!
Don’t bother correcting anyone, get used to the fact that people will call you Mrs. Dude’s Last Name by default. When that happens I usually don’t care because it’s a passing interaction and it doesn’t mean anything. Those who know you enough to care will get it right. Congrats on the wedding!
Your tatas look amazing! Come to think of it if I do have cancer I’ll use the opportunity to get myself some better-looking bewbz, because mine have always been unfortunate-looking. :P Thank you for sharing.
Your cat has great fashion sense for toys!
That must’ve been the scariest shit ever. I’m glad you were cleared. Let’s hope I have the same luck. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Oh shit I’m so sorry. Freak out if you want to freak out, cry if you want to cry, the stress and the waiting are almost unbearable. Hopefully it won’t be anything serious. Hugs to you <3
Thank you for your words. Cancer survivors are badass people :)
I’m SO sorry you’re going through this too. I haven’t told anyone in my family yet either, just my BFF and my husband.
Aaaaaaawwww *dead*
Thank you for your words. And it looks like he does get it!
