The advantage of chain restaurants is familiarity. You go to one and you know what you’ll get at them all.

You don’t get Taco Bell or Chipotle when you want authentic mexican food just like you wouldn’t go to an authentic mexican restaurant when you want cheap texmex. They aren’t comparable at all, they are completely different things.
