Measurable by one asshole which is completely insignificant compared to the remaining number of assholes in the city.

As opposed to the major city full of assholes that he left?

I hate chocolate oranges, that’s who! They’re just way too one note to be interesting especially for how much of it there is.

I was in elementary and I don’t remember him either. It looks like the one Happy Meal he was tied into had just a set of Crayola branded arts & crafts sets as the toy line (chalk!) so it’s no wonder no one remembers the character.

Being in “half” the states doesn’t mean it’s accessible/familiar to most of the population of the country. Having only a few locations in large states and completely ignoring the northeast and west coast cuts off a huge part of the population.

Am I the only one who doesn’t want people walking around, bumping into things, disturbing their row mates/neighbors, etc. even more during the flight than they already do? I imagine this is going to be some parents way of giving their kids something to do so they’ll send them running up and down the aisles even more.

Thanks for another link to an article which doesn’t say what you say it says. The article repeatedly stresses the need for safe food handling, but doesn’t say anything about current farming practices causing more food borne illness outbreaks.

Thank you for including recipes. I have a soft spot for no bake because they were the first things I was able to “cook” on my own. Like “salads” that don’t contain any vegetables, they’re a nice thing to have around as something different, but I wouldn’t want to eat them all the time.

I’m glad they gave us backstories because my first reaction was “what are these characters supposed to be?”

And you really like living in a fantasy world where “the good old days” were somehow better even though they were much worse in many different ways....

So in your mind 1906-1980 (the year after The Jungle was published to the year Reagan was elected President) were the halcyon days of food safety even though during much of that period lead and asbestos were widely used in numerous household products, tobacco use was recommended by doctors for its health benefits,

Once again, when was that supposed to have been? Also, animals literally walk around in their own shit naturally...

the now common occurrence of food borne diseases like salmonella and e. coli infection

heavy hitters on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms don’t always feel the need to disclose whether they’ve been paid to post certain content

And do you know who’s behind the sugar institute? Joan Collins knows!

I picked these up the other day and then promptly put them back because they looked like they would be tiny and not worth the money. I can’t find any good pictures of them, has anybody else tried them, are they miniscule?  How do they compare in size to the TJ soup dumplings?

Yes, “perfect vegan” in that it contains almost no protein and has little other nutritional value (whatever antioxidants it contains can be better obtained in much higher quantities from much more readily available produce). Yes it’s a blank slate for other flavors and can provide interesting texture, but you can get

Good thing the article says that’s not what’s used despite the header image:
