I tried that kind of brie a few weeks ago, and the description is spot on. Definitely needs to be at room temp for maximum flavor, but it is incredible. A little goes a long way for me.

You just have to replace the 52 pin connector. I haven’t done it in a while, but they’re easy to switch out and used to be pretty cheap.
