Heat Dry function is also what ruins a lot of “non-dishwasher safe” items, from my experience. Plus any time I have large tupperware or anything on the bottom rack, I always make sure I do the same.

Same here. I made french toast from an entire loaf of brioche yesterday, and a pound of candied bacon. There’s enough leftover for breakfast for the next few days.
