Hulu’s selection is starting to get pretty dang good. Now if only they would undo all of the terrible Windows 8 styling on their latest app update, and make it easy to actually browse their media again...

You’re too late, I finished it when it first came out. I do wish I could go back in time and slap myself for forcing my way through that whole damn thing. Season 2 (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WHY DID THEY APPROVE SEASON 2) will be the first Marvel anything I choose not to watch.

For anyone who has watched this episode (or the whole series, let’s be honest), would you say it’s a requirement to be caught up on the other Marvel Netflix ones? Trying to get my fiance to watch along with me, but she hasn’t seen any of the others.

Both of those are still a massive improvement compared to CG Jeff Bridges in Tron. At least there’s evidence that the tech is getting better.

At least little caesars is only $5 and “hot-n-ready.” You know what you’re getting when you pay that little and immediately walk out the door with it. But $19 for a bland large pizza? Yeah, fuck papa johns.

That was one of the last times I ever watched a preview, tbh. (I had already read the book, but I couldn’t believe they would show that much.) Now i get a general feel for a film, and I go see it. For blockbusters (Marvel films, Star Wars, etc.) I actively avoid every piece of media on it that I can.

Yep, exactly. It’s the same kind of fandom. Before Into Darkness was even made, everyone was clamoring for a”Wrath” reboot. That’s what happens when you try and give people what they thing they want, instead of doing something original.

I think they ran an article on that, how every terminator preview gives up the whole ending, and yet enough people keep going that they film more of em.

How bout in Ender’s Game (Spoiler warnings, obv) where the preview showed him blowing up the alien planet to end the war?

Considering that fans have been yelling “IS HULK GONNA BE IN IT???” since they announced this film before production even began, I’m not really sure how it could’ve stayed a secret. And knowing the “analyze every frame of every trailer and read every article I can about the film before I see it” crowd, there 100%…
