I don’t understand your point. Of course he’s probably guilty but what does that have to do with Minaj paying his bail? You can think both that he is probably guilty, and still want to pay his bail and make sure he gets the best possible deal in court. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, she could be certain…

This isn’t about you or public opinion though. It’s about Minaj’s choice to pay her brother’s bail. It’s a personal decision about her family, not what the public thinks and whether or not public opinion already declared her brother guilty.
