Buffalo “buffalo” buffalo buffalo.
Buffalo “buffalo” buffalo buffalo.
Ive always thought that about sports in general. Throw a punch in football (soccer) and you get a red red card, but if you do it anywhere else you spend time in a cell.
I have no idea how people nap for 20 minutes. If I lie down for a nap, I’m gone for like 2 hours. I’d never even get to half sleep if I knew I had to be up in 20 minutes.
Can you imagine the Trump tweet when this show bombs?
You kinda took that quote out of context. If you read on, it states that Wheaton says he was going to say something about it, but never did. That’s what it’s getting at.
They’re sails. The propulsion comes from the direct action of the wind on the sails, without a transfer of energy to another system.
I’m just trying to figure out what the hell the point of any of this was. Of COURSE the show isn’t completely unedited/unfiltered/etc. This seems purely contrarian for contrarianism’s sake.
Unpopular and unfortunate truths. I don’t like stuffed peppers. The bitterness of peppers is just... off to me. I like spicy foods, and hot sauces, just not the actual taste of peppers.
I honestly don’t give a crap what Klingons look like, but I would love to see the writers try to evolve their society a bit, so it’s not just a monoculture of honorable warriors and amoral politicians. There’s GOT to be more to them than that, as Worf demonstrated. But almost every other Klingon is such a one-note…
Its been reprogramed twice now, but you are missing the fact that for a good decade it was JUST popular enough not to be destroyed (unlike Body Wars in Epcot) but not popular enough to go through the expense of shooting new film. Dont forget, until around the mid 1990's there was not even a HINT of new live action…
That Woody Allen impression straight killed me dead.
Amber Ruffin needs her own show.
Amber Ruffin is a star
What does comparing the failure rate of umpires to that of players establish? They don’t have the same job. The game requires the failure of players, in order for there to be strikeouts. The game does not require the failure of umpires.
The Giants are a major market team without combining with the A’s. They have been in the top 5 payrolls in the majors for several years. They don’t need another team’s payroll to get there - if they combined with the A’s tiny payroll they’d be the most expensive team in the majors.
Take my star you ruthless bastard.
Maybe we can set you up with Tab?
This address is really strange. I assume Lurie Sports Inc. refers to Bob Lurie who owned the Giants from 1976-92. However, Candlestick wasn’t known as 3COM until 1995. So maybe that explains why that letter never got opened.
Adam Savage is a national treasure.
