I guess to me it seemed clear that in the end, Richie was queer and was ok with it, without having a giant neon sign and flashing lights announcing THIS CHARACTER IS GAY AND LOVING IT

I must say, this this whole “Pennywise the Child-Eating Demon Clown is Homophobic” news cycle has been the highlight of 2019 for me.

Dark Threepio is the Dark Phoenix we needed.

They should make a movie called Nalum about a military boy who becomes a socialite and gets arranged-married to some random dork. I’ll write the script, just give me a call, disney. Disney: give me a call.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Sony kicks the whole Spider-Verse concept into high gear now — Black Cat, Silver Sable, Sinister Six, Venom 2, etc. If they put Lord and Miller in charge, it might work.

I hope all your sweets turn to dust before you can eat them.

Maybe they can find an IP that’s already been written for them from start to finish, since it’s clear they can’t write themselves out of a wet paper bag for anything without help.

Bring back Agent Carter, you cowards.

Bring on the Jason and Donkey Doug spinoff!

This is me in a nutshell.

That was definitely my first impression. The cats look like a Star Trek or Doctor Who humanoid feline species.

NOPE.

I really love the demonic Winnie-the-Pooh voice Bill Skarsgard landed on for Pennywise.

You can’t hurt me. I saw Legion this week. Alone. In the dark.

Fleabag is such an interesting, unique show. Glad it got nominated, as well as Pheobe Waller-Bridge getting nominated twice herself.

Lena Headey spent more time staring out a window this season than actually acting in any meaningful way.

They had shot the scene of her miscarriage and she said she acted the shit out of that. Yet they decided to cut it, because fuck random plots in progress, right? Same as all those scenes/talks about Daenerys unable to have children, Jon outright unknowingly stating she will conceive when they bang, yet at the end -

Also — despite how abysmal the writerly aspects of the show were in the past two seasons— each episode still had the production quality of a major motion picture.  In terms of a lot of technical and logistical aspects; it’s just objectively in a different league than many television shows.

not even one mention of The Magicians :( what a damn shame.
