Still better than the six seconds Dolan gave Durant to dunk a basketball last week
The Blazers wanted a gallop, but he gave them a Kanter
Yes, Steam is very anti consumer. Agreed.
I don’t think the devs of Shenmue III and Deep Silver are doing “the right thing”, I think they’re just avoiding the worst case scenario. The right thing would be to deliver on what was promised based on what the deal was when the risk was high and they were begging (yes, begging.. That’s what Kickstarter is..) for…
a lot of this was decision making on Deep Silver, but Y’s also owes Epic a lot for the help they provided bringing Shenmue 3 to life since they are using the Unreal Engine 4 to make the game. Ys has no ill will towards gamers and really wanted to offer the steam keys, but whatever deal was made... made that impossible…
It definitely seems like Valve, by way of Steam, is faced with a choice: change their cut, or find their business slowly eroded by a competitor that’s willing to take a smaller percentage of the profits in exchange for a larger chunk of exclusivity.
I’m not a big fan of the Epic Store—I’ve only ever purchased Metro…
I get being upset at being inconvenienced. But in the grand scheme of things, having to download another launcher isn't a big deal unless said launcher doesn't work with your computer somehow. It's not like you have to actually buy something like a new console or something to play it.
I have a new take on this whole “let’s defend Steam by at least threatening to boycott games we’ll eventually play anyway”.
And to think the Knicks could’ve signed Isaiah Thomas...
This is what I get for zoning out halfway through.
Uhh, yeah, that’s uhh exactly the point of the article?
Have your calculations factored in discounts for the fines and suspensions when he punches teammates?
This is exceptionally herbacious behavior.
They are just thanking him for how horrible Charlotte has been.
The Miami Heat still hold the “wtf, seriously?” record for retiring Michael Jordan’s jersey...who you may recognize as both (a) someone who never played for the Heat and (b) having no direct connection to the Miami franchise.
Wizards-era Jordan?
They should hang it in their old building, right before they demolish it.
