There are some REALLY concerning signs on the development side of this game. There’s a recent post on the subreddit detailing how the developers very clearly don’t understand how the math in their own game is working. Skills with descriptions intended to do things like halve your damage for an additional projectile

I’ve hated vacuous bullshit “reality TV style” entertainment since I knew it existed. I grew up in the VH1 and MTV reality era. I hated it then, I hate it now, and I hate this. Seems pretty consistent to me.

I cannot imagine something I would less like to be involved with, consume, or even be aware of. Just reading this article made my day worse.

The idea that it doesn’t occur to them is pretty absurd. Anyone swatting people in 2019 is aware of the history of swatting and that it’s gotten people killed. There’s no one who is familiar enough with swatting to swat somebody that doesn’t know that.

Taco Bell is also offering 44 days of Game Pass Ultimate with the purchase of any $5 box via an online order or through the app:

This article is completely ridiculous. Let me break down where your interpretation immediately falls apart:

So what happens to this theory if in 2 weeks or whatever he donates to a different organization?

I assume the logic is that he doesn’t want the conspiracy theories to continue, so he’s not donating to the charity that the theorists theorize he’s being forced to donate to. Presumably, if he’s serious about donating to some charity, he’ll just donate to another one. That way no one can theorize he’s being forced to

“This was the worst form of racism.”

Sometimes I really struggle to find any coherent narrative that this website tries to present. You simultaneously post some of the most politically petty and journalistically dull articles imaginable, then turn around and attack other elements or incidents within politics, many of which do exactly what the editorial

Unfortunately there was no direct answer to the question.

Chris Matthews asked live on his show the other day “is Mitch McConnell Bugs Bunny or Elmer Fudd?” so he’s got a lot of leeway with me at the moment.

Several times you referred to legality and Franken’s “legally protected rights” in your comments. That indicates you’re talking about the legal principle of due process within a court of law. This situation was not taking place there.

You are arguing the principle of due process within a court of law. That is not where this situation was playing out, and is not the only place in American society where the principle of due process should be applied. Franken was not asking for due process in a court of law. He was asking for the principle of due

You’re arguing semantics. The point of due process is to render judgement. Franken was asking for that process to be allowed before being judged. Schumer was denying him that, and telling him directly that he was going to instruct the caucus to to render judgement and demand his resignation prior to due process being

If everyone has already condemned you, there’s no due process left to be had.

Prior to these allegations, if you’d asked anyone, Franken would have been described as a champion for women. He literally had a bill to help try and curb sexual harassment in congress going through when he was accused. Don’t act like he was some established misogynist.

I really wish we were not in an era where people seemingly don’t understand the chasm of difference between a place like Jezebel, and the New Yorker.

He resigned because he was going to be denied due process by Schumer, who was preparing to call on the entire democratic caucus to demand Franken’s resignation. If you read the new yorker’s article, you’d have read that.
