Love your posts Whitson. Love even more how quickly and passionately you update to show your appreciation for your readers.

My container isn't usually on a revolving counter top... One side works forme.

I can confirm that it IS unlimited. I reached out to MS directly and they said they are still 'rolling out' and users won't likely see 'unlimited' until near the end of the year. They did however boost my storage from 1TB to 10TB and said to reach back out should I need more space prior to the 'unlimited' being

Good point. Now you have me curious about setting up web-based (ie: public computer) access to files without the sync client...

I don't think you're doing it right... Plus, freenas has a BTSync plugin that IS web based.

I know this is ages old... But did you ever find any other backing evidence to support the idea of oil coating blades before returning to the block?

People still use Gmail? I thought Inbox had taken over... At least, I know I've been satisfied with Inbox enough not to look back.

I second that!

Who wants to leave that much $$$ worth of equipment sitting out in their car? I'd rather have a tablet I could grab on my way out of the car... Or at the very least, some form of camouflage for the system. Of course, I know nothing about car systems, and this sort of thing could already exist.

Weird... I run 8.1 on multiple machines and haven't been happier. Definitely haven't experienced the issue you're having. Hopefully 10 offers you more promising results... Have you tried the pre-release?

So instead of bitching about all the youngins who fail to vote because they 'sit on their asses' - Why not help contribute to a plan that will actually help motivate them to do so. It's obviously a psychological issue either making them feel like their votes wont matter, or some other seemingly inadmissible excuse.

I hope they roll this integration of exchange into the new Inbox app as well... I've already grown quite fond of it's functionality. Not even a few days after first installing Inbox did the new Gmail 5.0 come out. I downloaded it, added my work (exchange) email to test, then realized I'd rather have the reminders and

The trails, hands down, are far FAR better than the road runs. Especially in the mountains.

I used to use WinDirStat (being free and getting the job done is obviously enticing), but as an IT professional, I've adopted TreeSize Professional. It has a pretty feature-rich toolkit built in for those managing tight data budgets.

First thing I noticed on the software landing page? The devs are based in Tri Cities, WA (Where I live and grew up!) Neat!

I lived in Florida for 11+ years. It's relatively common to find tiny little 'sensors' that hang an inch or two from the roof. In theory, if it's raining, the sensor stops the sprinklers. In practice, I think they were just crappy sensors. Ours always went off despite the rain.

I definitely agree though, and wouldn't
