Good catch. At this point, Oher may not want to win - primarily - but is willing to burn every bit of goodwill that the Tuohys have among the sports community and the school’s alumnus.

(could also be a lot of places in Australia have perfectly fine and functional public transport, which is convenient to use and a lot cheaper than paying for parking)
Sit the fuck down asshole.
I turned combat to the lowest possible settings without actually removing it - so less frequent attacks, less damage when I get hit, more damage/fewer hits for enemies to die. I am still getting trophies on PS4. I suppose it’s possible that you miss out on some trophies that way, but it doesn’t seem to get rid of them…
(although I’m sure it’s better than Top Gun: Maverick, which got shitty reviews)
Sure. I don’t have any opinion on these particular allegations, just that there really is no conflict between “believe women” and “do I conclude to some legal standard that this dude in fact did what he is accused of doing.”
The only difference between now and pre-2000 games is there’s a platform for people to shine a light on all the shitty behavior that goes on behind the scenes. Gaming has always been treated as a 100% hetero boys club.
Just a reminder that they didn’t get to be, and continue to be, the biggest media franchise in the world by having amazing graphics.
Bummed out is getting ice cream after dinner because you got a parking ticket. Starting a petition to cancel a project that has nothing to do with you is deranged.
They’ve also pledged to both stop and listen.
Cyberpunk was still a good game and the bugs were over-exaggerated. Next.
Very tangential, but man! I should play Mad Max again. That was a surprisingly good game.
This is a lovely little addition. What I’m most looking for, though, is a way to let you ‘opt-out’ certain games from the feature; I’ve never understood why titles like Destiny or Warframe - titles with ‘always on’ online requirements that boot you to the title screen if you’re not constantly pinging their servers -…
So I’m guessing you have neither pets nor children, but yes in fact. Allow me to introduce you to this entirely new concept called “Responsibilities”. Yes. Not being able to pause is in fact a problem.
Are you being deliberately obtuse or are you actually dull enough to not get the absolute basics of why pausing is a good thing for games to let you do?
There’s no conspiracy, a lot of people like the game. It looks fantastic, and it plays well, the cover system alone is pretty unique compared to most isometric games, and twin-stick shooters. The RPG elements are a bit half baked, and there’s bugs, but it’s subjectively a very fun little game.
They’re both weaker than the preceding entries, but still underrated.
As a current nicotine addict, I can confidently say that your statement is untrue. I go out of my way to keep my nasty habit from affecting others.
Meh, damned if you do, damned if you don’t. It’s a matter of balancing which backlash you think will be worse. If they don’t say anything then people will begin demanding comments and calling them out for “being silent in the face of oppression”, or whatever. So the companies have to decide if it’s better for their…
It was true nine years ago and it’s true today: Stop pre-ordering games
