Had a similar near-death experience in my first battle playing last night. Brained the damn thing with a baseball bat, and it nonchalantly stood back up, continuing the attack as if to say, “Where is your God now?”
Missed it by two minutes! Take your star, damn it.
I’m confused as to who got the horns in this story.
He probably asked for a whole Case full of money, right? Haha... ha... I hate myself...
I absolutely cannot wait for Guice’s performance next season to help him leave this behind. This kid is getting ready to shit on some defenses this year.
I hear their “Pod” offense has been deadly to younger opponents.
Having met Ovechkin on several occasions, I am zero percent surprised by this news. I also love the hell out of this news.
“I wasn’t anywhere near what happened, so I can’t comment on it”
Can we sub her out? It would do me good to watch her field a one-timer to the grill.
Damn can the NHL do a tribute. You can feel the care they put into this, and I love that Lu was willing to put himself out there before he went in net tonight. My heart hurts, but seeing people come together feels good.
I’m well aware that this is the trade-off for the massive contracts of the remaining veterans on the Stanley Cup team, but it still sucks to watch them shoot themselves in the dick with these roster moves. The best years of Gus Nyquist and Andreas Athanasiou’s careers are going to be spent languishing on a shitty team…

No, it was just poorly articulated on my part. The issue I take is that one situation was clear intent to injure, while the other clearly wasn’t, and yet they’re the same punishment because different roles on the ice. Even after the play ended, he engaged an unwilling participant and took several shots after the…
Don’t get me wrong, Vermette should absolutely have gotten the 10 games, but the message the league is sending by not levying a heavier suspension against Burrows is that, WITH intent to injure, it’s also 10 games, as long as it’s another player.
I’ll preface this by saying that I absolutely don’t condone either of these, but:
Great video, but how the hell did you get all this dust in my house?
