Except video game programmers pretty much never are salaried workers. They generally don’t even work for the company that makes the game. That is why developer studios exist. The company pays the studio and the studio pays the programmers. Usually an hourly wage, often making programmers work illegal unpaid overtime.

I can’t tell if you are being intellectually dishonest or just have put literally no thought in this. I’m going to assume the later.

Spree shooters aren’t something that can be diagnosed. They show no signs that are different from other depressed people and aren’t guaranteed to go for treatment. There are no red flag warning signs.
