I love this shot because you can see just how much muscle dancers have. So often people are like, "oh ballerinas are so dainty, so tiny, they're so fragile" No! This is what a dancer muscle looks like under the tights. It's awesome.
Plug for my favorite workout vid: NYC Ballet Workout. You get to indulge your ballerina fantasies in the privacy of your own home, and you get a great not-boring workout. Super fun. (You can probably download it for free from a certain popular torrent site, but I wouldn't know for sure because I definitely didn't…
How bout THIS Werewolf diet? Nothing but him. All day, all night. ((burning mucho calories))
Not to mention that here's the message I get:
Guys… Guys… GUYS! Let's talk about Bruce Jenner! There is nothing more I'd love right now than to talk about Bruce…

People love to spend money. People just love shopping and starbucks and new cars and blockbuster movies and all of it. I do. If you paid everybody a higher wage, sure, the first few years things may be a little more expensive, and…
do you really want to pay a little more for a burger so that an adult doesn't have to work two jobs to support their family?
"People don't go hungry in a capitalist economy. [...] In a free market, there is plenty of food for everybody, especially the poor."
I heard that This American Life episode. And I could not tell when it was Ira and when it was Fred.
For some reason, my childhood self always pictured Keillor looking like Harrison Ford.... Not so.
I love the episode of TAL when Fred Armisen impersonates Ira Glass. It's the tops.
Do you experience anxiety upon realizing that you're almost out of Radiolab podcasts? Does every spring cleaning…
