Yep, it was on Netflix not too long ago...I think it was called "Safe Home"?

Don't forget about adding "the ghost of your dead wife befriending your new lady" as a Sparks trope!

I listened to all of the Mercy Thompson series at once. There where only 5 books out at the time, but in audiobook time it took like 2+ months to finish.

God I miss crazy HP fan theories! The whole Snape is good/evil thing led to some of the most interesting debates on the 'net I've ever seen.

I actually "friend-zoned*" Mr Creme (though that word did not exists at the time). We met in a college improv class

"If you're going to do a storyline with obesity, then you're going to need to do Princess Diabetes, Princess Cancer, Princess Fertility Problems,"

I read that one for my online book club, it's lots of fun but not too steamy. The title is ridiculous but in an fantastic way. Enjoy it!

I remember being in 8th grade and giving my best friend a bunch of old Harlequin's as a present because she loved them so much. She was scandalized and told me she didn't want her parents to know she read those books. Lord knows what her parents would have said if she admitted to reading V.C. Andrews...

I'm pretty sure the baby in the pink headband is wearing one of these.

Well I looked up the one that's in my town. It was surprising because I didn't know of any public schools that taught creationism and that's because there are none. The school that's listed is a private, church-run school.

It was amazing! I wish we had cared as much about fashion in the 90's.

My grandma told me that fedoras were the "man" hats, but that could have been a regional/generational thing.

...what did I just watch? It's almost worse than the Teen Witch rap

Yep!

Yes, hello sir! Proper fedoras are very attractive when worn with a suit.

Except most of the time they don't wear proper fedoras, they wear the woman's version called a trilby.

I used this while I was still dancing (modern) and imho it's a ballet workout. It's not a lot of barre, but the floor work is great without requiring you to have a whole studio for a living room.

Yep, sure, it was the fault of "someone else who won't be named" Target. That it totally believable

Wait, do you mean jewelry made out of hair? I've got at least one piece from a great-great-grandma, how much are these things worth?

I thought he'd look like Whit from Adventure's in Odyssey with a big old bushy mustache. The reality was less then impressing
