Today I Didn’t Learn: who Clay Travis is.

Eh, “true point guard” is a slippery term that people mostly move around as it suits their purposes. The Warriors won the 2015 title with Steph Curry as their point guard. He brought the ball up, did most of the ball-handling, and led the team in assists. Saying he wasn’t a “true point guard” is, essentially,

Why investigate when they already know the Answer?

I’m curious how much of this stems from the fact that two of their foundational players are second-generation NBA players, whose fathers were role players and not superstars on good teams.

I know it’s an odd thing to crow about, but I feel like it’s worth highlighting how the Warriors have managed to keep all their Superstars happy (or at least kept a lid on any trade requests). I feel like any time two stars share the light it falls apart in a couple of years and the Warriors have had three of the NBAs

LeBron James will never be as successful as Michael Jordan.

The thing is, he isn’t cheap at all when it comes to the roster. Cavs had the highest payroll last year, and will definitely be in the tax this coming season. Tyrone Lue is making $7 Million a year. For whatever reason, he devalues the GM position and refuses to pay market value. He’s really Cavalier about it.

Hmm but does it have jump jets:

this is exactly why I’ve never dated her.

It’s kind of bad in another standpoint: this appears to be the ONLY text on this skin, making its appearance even stranger.

“I missed my window.”

On top of that, Overwatch’s spectator tools are sorely lacking and make high-level play confusing to watch for newcomers.

I mean, it’s not really abuse from Ivy Leaguers if it comes from people who go to Cornell.

I feel like you’re burying the “Aaron Hernandez quoted Savage Garden in his suicide note” lede here.

Having had the unfortuate experience of having to shit in a (men’s) bathroom at more than one sporting event, I can say with fairly solid authority that making some of the bathrooms unisex is not a great idea, unless the women of Edmonton don’t mind sitting on urine, feces, vomit, and god knows what else.

Now playing

Pro Ultimate is taking off. Its not as big as Lacrosse or Softball however it is a very entertaining sport to watch and has huge growth potential. These plays are just now getting coverage and it is not unlikely to see a play on SCTopTen about ever other week. ESPN3 covers a game once a week. They’ll be in Atlanta

That’s so dumb, the pleats are there for added stretch.

I’m sure this guy will be roundly dissed by Deadspin commenters, most of whom would split their Dockers if they tried to make a catch like that.
