He’s very nice, particularly when paired with another offensive support like Tassadar. Good damage output and sustain but not too much of each (and not much in the way of CC or snares). Fun to play, fun to play with, fun to play against. Will buy in a few weeks when he drops to 10k.

Anub was totally clueless and out of position. The enemy team coming up through a chokepoint like that is just begging for a stun combo; he could easily have burrowed south, shielded on the pop and crammed an impale right down their throats.

Also, he traveled. And that’s not a dunk.

IT’S A BEAR DANCE

That’s the thing, though—with the new rules and some decent offensive talent, mediocre QBs can still put up biggish numbers. Fitzpatrick threw for 3000 in 2010, 3800 in 2011 and 3400 in 2012. He can absolutely get 3500 with Brandon Marshall and a decent O line.

This is hardly a super-dumb move on the scale of YOLOric players. Most just run a constant chain of suicides.

Bill and Ted were totally straightedge!

Angry people like you practically troll themselves.

Santa Clara is the South Bay, so it’s relatively sunny and dry (even more so for the drought). Should be great for grass so long as you’re willing to pay for water, and the divots you see here are the result too much moisture rather than too little. Weather isn’t a good explanation. It is worth noting Levi’s is built

Issue is data collection, not interpretation. We don’t know shit about how she collected her data and my experience in the industry tells me good data collection would be extremely difficult. I’d love to hear about it because her basic hypothesis is probably correct (albeit completely banal; “structural sexism

As a Stanford alum I’ve worked hard to keep post-Luck QB expectations reasonable, but man is Kevin Hogan bleh. He’s certainly not bad but the guy just never puts it all together. His first year or so you saw real potential but he’s always been the same decent dude who chucks it over the receiver’s head when coverage

We’re commenting on the degree to which her experiences reflect the larger industry of which we are all part. We’re questioning both her claim’s specificity and its warrant. Also noting as a matter of taste it’s tiresome as shit to read writers writing about how they struggle to write.

The key is not reading the rage! I’m not trolling with this convo, but man...people who do troll Jezebel must have fun. Such a hornet’s nest.

I understand the claim she’s trying to make. Actually proving that claim would involve a whole lot more than “I wasn’t getting many query replies and then I put a man’s name on 50 queries and I got more replies.” That ain’t science. Taking a regimented, scientific approach to this question would have resulted in a

Won’t believe it. CAIN’T KILT THE DINKLES.

I’m a published author (male) and sighed deeply throughout this piece. The reactions of any given agent to any given project are totally unpredictable. Even fifty agents. The query process is random as hell and even an initially positive response (“Yeah, send me the manuscript/proposal”) is no indicator of whether

Dark Souls 2 was a good game, but the infinite sameness of the Internet Take Machine has rendered its verdict and now everyone knows, just knows, it sucked.

Does everyone hate A.J.? I hate him for reasons of Giants fandom, but is this a bigger thing?

The report Schefter sent out said “Ray resection.” There is no way to undergo that procedure and still have all your fingers. They take out the metatarsal and everything.

By the way, if anyone isn’t already following @nihilist_arbys, you really should be.
