I fear that this election will only further the cultural divide between rural and urban America. Those of us that live in cities will now blame the rural white vote for ushering in an utter embarrassment as President.

My voting place in Astoria was a shit show, in a good way. Waaaaaaay busier than ‘08 or ‘12. I thought “she’s got this.” I’m still bitter and angry, it was stolen from her (and us) for many reasons. It’s going to be a long 4 (please no 8!) years.

I saw a woman interviewed before the election asked why she liked Trump and she described him as “fresh and clean,” and I thought “bitch you cray.”
