Believe it or not... I’m dealing with this exact issue very soon.
Can’t view the videos here, but by the sound of things, is it still a “Power Wheel”?
That back looks like it swallowed a McLaren F1...
I read that as “Just ordered” lol.
As a software QA... this is exactly how tech companies operate.
Actually a lot of GM cars using that style of key were not recalled either.
Pics or it didn’t happen....when they arrive.
Relevant XKCD:
IIRC it was a Porsche Design option, but last I read it was dropped since the 991.1.
Still missing Fuchs and ducktails.
I don’t mind either way, I just hate the fact there is nowhere to put my F30 key in the car. I have a garage remote attached to it so keeping it in my pocket makes the remote hard to reach and I have to fumble for it.
The old system worked. Why screw with it?
It’s not even a GM thing, Malibu went through that “emergency refresh” thing like the Civic did in 2014 as well to fix up issues, so they do listen.
Oh well there’s still Hyundai and Kia.
Close. Cadillac BLS, a Saab 9-3 with Cadillac panels.
Well the 1 isn’t sold here (China only, in fact, for the sedan), and there were on and off grumblings about a 2-series Gran Coupe. And this.
While my F30 is bigger, any extended travel in the back seats is still uncomfortable. So 99% of the time it’s just cargo space, but I still appreciate access through the doors.
