None what-so-ever. Regen braking is no different from using friction brakes on your normal car as far as the tires are concerned, unless you’re slamming on the brakes in your ICE vehicle all the time, then regen will be easier on tires.

None, negative delta V is the same no matter if the braking force applied to the wheel is mechanical or electrical. As a 10 year EV driver, I do lots of coasting to stops, so probably LESS tire wear with gentler, longer braking.

I think Top Gun showed that any absurd concept can work if it’s done well. Most Pixar concepts make no sense (conceited race car, rat who likes to cook, lovable trash can). When people keep saying this was a hard concept for audiences, that means it was not a well-executed film.
