Tidbit with Gannon. He has celiac disease, which means gluten (in wheat, oats, barley and rye) will make him sick to violently ill (and can cause cancer and lots of other troubles). Gannon got diagnosed about when he got to the Raiders. So, once his diet was adjusted, he was healthy and was amazing.
