I once got reprimanded because my pants and shirt changed position slightly while I walked, allowing about 1/2" of my middrift skin showing before I fixed it. Of course I failed to fix it before passing someone else in the hall, who complained to my boss.

That truly sucks. Hope you are in a better job now. Filing a lawsuit can be more trouble than its worth but in my expert legal opinion (I watched a lot of Law and Order), you may have a discrimination case there.

EEOC + ATTORNEY sue the fuck out of them. U need to document that shit as it occurs file complaints with HR.
