Part of the photographers face is on the ball.

If you’re so smart, why didn’t you continue on and explain the differences between pound-lbs and lbs-pound???

12,000 additional satellites in low earth orbit, each about 500 ‘pound lbs’ and the shape of a 65" plasma TV, is not insignificant.

It’s not that heavy. Otherwise they’d measure it in ton-lbs.

Pounds pounds is kind of like foot-pounds, or pound-feet depending on who you are talking to. Ultimately these satellites will all be measure in lbs-pounds, the standard ‘metric’ of the new Space Force, which will have total control of all 12,000 Muskellites.

I loved being able to drop the NB top with one hand at a stoplight (making sure I pulled the glass in....the ‘internal chop’). I loved the power top in the Boxster (and the clean look) but didn’t like that I had to pull the parking break and sit there for 15 seconds. Then I found a relay that allowed you to

Surprised there isn’t a $24,000 option for two Porsche Munchkins to hop out of the front trunk and operate the top for you.

I didn’t realize the new Miata had that design. I rarely ever put the snap cover over my top in my NB.....I liked the cleaner instant look of the half-clamshell Boxster top that left the top of the roof exposed and covered the rest of the mechanicals.

Jeez, I cannot un-see any of that now. I hope I wake up tomorrow and forget what you said. Damn.

Agreed, I wasn’t saying it wasn’t legit. It’s not like they do PPIs on the cars, so it’s just another listing.   I was just pointing out that it was their own listing.

The rear ‘seatstake up valuable motor and battery space. Nearly five cubic feet of it.  Plenty of room for more power either way.

I miss his old egg roll-sized mic.

Kinda like how all the taxi medallions were owned by a small group of wealthy people, and had the market cornered? You either drove for them, or you paid (borrowed) millions for your own medallion?

I got to drive a Turbo S on a track, and it was mind-blowing, especially after being around the same circuit with my 986 Boxster, a Cayman 981 GTS, and a 991 C4 Targa. Having said that, I would pick the Targa as a road car over all of them.

No one said emotional value wasn’t a factor...I said it’s not the only driving factor, and it’s not a guarantee of future value. If it was, every single Ferrari would go up in value all the time, not just the 348. (Also, I highly doubt there are more 348s in the US than C4 ZR-1's - Ferrari total US sales were about

Nothing is a guarantee of future value. Especially something as intangible as ‘emotional connection’.
