Similarly, I am so jazzed about the 1955 Mercedes 300SL Gullwing that I am not planning on spending $1.75 million for one.
The M1 is desperate for nothing, other than more power. Modern wide, aggressive grilles are at least somewhat functional because of cooling/air intake/etc. Making an electric car with a massive, dental retainer-looking kidney makes no sense, and looks awful.
The badge says “GT3 Touring,” so the ‘package’ part will likely only exist in the configurator.
$40,000.....which is right around what a Porsche 964 goes for these days.
Exactly....although none of those are called ‘GT’. Instead we have the Mustang GT.

The CTR up top is the ‘Yellowbird’. Built on a narrow body, non-turbo carrera 3.2 shell. Not a widebody, still a legend.
