Because Twitter is lazy/cheap when it comes to protecting users and twitter thinks what it does promotes free speech (it actually doesn’t since its overrun with bullies trying to impede others’ speech). Twitter allows handles with all manner of slurs. N-word, k-word, f-g-word, etc.

I’ve known some women who’ve lost pregnancies pretty late and it is absolute hell. Not that it’s a walk in the park early in, but when you’re “out of the woods” and actively preparing...I wouldn’t wish that in my worst enemy.
