I liked the part where Chris Evans got fired.
I liked the part where Chris Evans got fired.
You did if you wanted to be part of all the cool car-guy discussions about how badly it sucked.
I call this a good start.
And being that we live in the free world, we can take whatever dumps we want on them for their hideous decisions.
“Let’s take this sophisticated, cutting-edge suspension system, which was precisely designed by the best automotive engineers on the planet and subjected to thousands of hours of track testing by professional drivers to configure it just right, rip it out, and replace it with $500 airbags. YOLO. Haters gonna hate.”
No, I’m saying that the UAW and other big unions are government-sanctioned criminal organizations.
You’re right, nobody should have opinions about anything and if they do, they should just keep them quiet.
The F355 had ABS standard and power steering. The 348 had optional ABS and manual steering. I believe the later 355s had traction control too, but I’m not entirely sure on that one.
I owned a 348, and it is neither ‘slow’ nor ‘ugly’. It’s a fantastic car, and the last of the truly analog Ferraris. Even ABS was optional. People who shit on them are either Ferrari snobs or have no idea what they’re talking about. And the collector market is starting to come around to them now as well.
I daily drive a twenty year old Mercedes and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I paid $4500 for it, it costs me about $1500 a year in maintenance, and it’s about as classy and comfortable as anything else on the road.
...being negotiated by a quasi-criminal enterprise with government backing and no real way to refuse them without risking your entire business.
There are sooo many variables and so little data available that it’s a completely useless statement. Nothing but an empty marketing talking point.
That actually makes sense. It could be a lighter and less complex setup to use an electric motor for reverse instead of building it into the gearbox.
I would gladly shell out any sum of my imaginary money to own one of these. It’s really amazing, and there’s no hybrid system to fuck it up.
Oooh... so the government maintains a database of television watchers. That’s SO much better.
Huh? That’s quite a non sequitur you’ve got there.
So it will never happen, except when it does. But when it does, there are ‘common law measures’ to help stop this person from entering your home?
We have that; it’s called premium cable. And the government doesn’t need to inspect your home without a warrant to get it.
The BBC hasn’t been a ‘credible news source’ since roughly 1980.
Yeah and allow government inspectors access to your home at any point, without a warrant, to search for TV to make sure you’re paying the appropriate tax. Oh and to look for anything else they might want to look for while they’re in there too.
