The first 427 X-Movies pretty much killed any interest I have in seeing a Jean Grey story, and she is probably my favorite X-adjacent character. Meanwhile, I give no shits about Carol Danvers, but here I am gnawing at the calendar, waiting to pounce on that movie.

I read the whole thing, top to bottom, and let’s just say that an unusual number of the encounters went to some pretty dark places.

While true, that doesn’t really have much effect (particularly in baseball, where the audience trends older anyway). Those that remain on cable/dish just pay more whether they are tuning into those channels or not, and those that pay for streaming rights backfill the difference.

Eh, I’m as butthurt about Luke as anyone, but 7 & 8 are far more palatable than AotC or RotS.

That was like the cherry-shaped turd deposited into the steaming brown splatter that was Anakin’s character arc.
