I met with a Nutritionist for a few months just to balance out my specific needs and I feel great. She showed me how to prepare veggies so that I don’t have to eat meat every meal in a way that legumes, beans and nuts became the “meat” in my meals.

This is a great idea. I usually keep my paint or stain and find other uses for it. I have painted a neighbors shed, a wheelbarrow, trim, garden fixtures, furniture, and wicker furniture for my garden. I'm very conscientious about making sure things are disposed of as environmentally safe as possible.
